MCA-500

The dirty coolant from the machine is discharged into the Magnetic Separator passing round the highly magnetised steel drum. Almost all ferrous particles and some of the non-ferrous impurities such as wheel abrasive, are attracted on to the magnetic drum.

The sludge is then removed by a scraper down a discharge chute into a collection bin.

Rubber overhead roller ensures sludge is free from excess coolant before being discharged.
